The next “Community Matters Forum” is scheduled for Thursday, March 22 from 6:30 pm to 8 pm in the Sanctuary of Red Oak United Methodist Church. Darryl Rodgers will share his story, as told in his book A Life Half Lived: A True Story of Love, Addiction, Tragedy, and Hope. Darryl lost his son in 2014 to the current drug culture. Community Matters Forums are “Timely Conversations That Bring Us Together” and are a cooperative effort between The Town of Red Oak, Red Oak United Methodist Church, and Still Standing Support Group.
