Join the Wilson County Cooperative Extension for a fun-hands on cooking workshop – Back to the Basics: Mozzarella and Pizza Dough on Thursday, August 28th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. They’ll guide you through the mozzarella cheese-making process and then show you how to mix, knead and shape the perfect pizza dough.
