Join the Halifax Cooperative Extension for a hands-on workshop “Food Preservation Class: Water Bath Canning” on Thursday July 16th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the Halifax County Center. Learn how to make and preserve homemade salsa using the boiling water bath canning method.
