Joel Fund NC Veteran Art Show – Art Submission

The Joel Fund is getting ready for their 4th Annual North Carolina Veteran Art Show happening in November. North Carolina veterans of the U S Armed Forces are invited to submit their artwork for consideration all art mediums and experience levels are welcomed.
