Memorial Day Ceremony – Jack Laughery Park

The Joint Veterans Committee of Nash, Edgecombe and surrounding counties will be hosting a Memorial Day ceremony at Jack Laughery Park, 321 N. Church St., in Rocky Mount on Monday, May 27th, to remember our fallen heroes. The opening ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00 AM with speakers, a ceremony, rifle salute and playing of Taps. Everyone is encouraged to bring their lawn chairs.
