Pressure Canning Workshop

The North Carolina Cooperative Extension Wilson County is hosting a Pressure Canning Workshop on Tuesday, April 29th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Wilson County Agriculture Center. Enjoy a fun and informative workshop on how to use pressure canning to safely preserve your vegetables and meats. Seating is limited for this $10 workshop.
