N C Cooperative extension Johnston County Center is having a series of “Just Canning” Classes for cooks with some canning experience. The second class is on Tuesday, June 11th from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at 2736 NC Highway 210 in Smithfield. Cost is $12 per class or $30 for all 3 classes.
