Shitake Mushroom Demo

Learn the basics of Shitake Mushroom production from experienced mushroom producers! An on-farm demonstration on how to inoculate Shitake mushroom logs will be Saturday, March 23, from 10am-12pm, at the Franklin County Farmers’ Market, 137 Shannon Village, Louisburg.
